GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Josh Does Limited (trading as Watch This)

1. Promoter This promotion is run by Josh Does Limited trading as Watch This, based in Auckland, New Zealand ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period The giveaway opens when the giveaway post is published. The closing date and time is as stated on the giveaway post. If no closing date is stated on the post, the promotion closes 7 days after the post was published. Entries received outside this period are invalid.

3. Eligibility Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members or close associates of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated on the giveaway post. Duplicate entries may be removed. Entrants must be aged 16 or over on the date the promotion finishes.

4. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete all of the following on the platform where the giveaway is posted (such as Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok):

  • Like the giveaway post

  • Tag at least one friend in the comments

  • Follow the Watch This account on the same platform used to enter

Any additional or alternative entry requirements stated on the giveaway post must also be met. Entries that do not meet all requirements are invalid.

5. Nature of Promotion This is a free entry promotional giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter.

6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the promotion closes. The draw will take place within a reasonable timeframe after the closing date.

7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted via the platform used to enter. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

8. Prize The prize is as described on the giveaway post. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
