    1.    Promoter

This promotion is run by Josh Does Limited trading as Watch This, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

    2.    Promotion Period

The giveaway opens at 6:00pm NZT on 30 April 2026 and closes at 6:00pm NZT on 10 May 2026. Entries received outside this period are invalid.

    3.    Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members or close associates of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.

    4.    How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following on either Instagram or Facebook:

    •    Like the giveaway post

    •    Tag at least one friend in the comments

    •    Follow the Watch This account on the same platform used to enter

Entries that do not meet all requirements are invalid.

    5.    Nature of Promotion

This is a free entry promotional giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter.

    6.    Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the promotion closes.

The draw will take place within a reasonable timeframe after 10 May 2026.

    7.    Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the platform used to enter.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.

    8.    Prize

The winner will receive two copies of the PlayStation 5 game SAROS.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

    9.    Fair Trading Act Compliance

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.

The promoter will not mislead or deceive participants and will provide the prize as described.

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
